Can anyone suggest a prov en method for swelling feet and ankles?

Does anyone know a tried and prov en cream to take down swelling in the feet and ankles? I take high blood pressure medicine and water pills and doctor will not up the water pills dosage which is cool .I just need a topical cream or rub that can eliminate swelling. My job requires me to dress accordingly, and sometimes heels are a must . Ladies do you hear me out there? Thanks
