I feel my best friend is using me. Should I dump her?

So the other night my best friend and I set out for a road trip. I made her a lunch. She was really hungry so I even let her eat the food I made for myself as well. Then I let her take over driving for a bit. However she never apologized or offered to pay for any damages. She could easily make the money as she is a stripper. Also if the car is not totalled i would only need her to pay the deductible. Instead of apologizing she b****ed all night bc our vacation was ruined. She was so nasty to me. You would think all this was my fault. She said we should have never left. We got stuck in wv with no way out until her parents could pick us up. We even said I was the one driving. So her rents probably think i nearly killed their daughter. In fact I care about her so much and do such much for her and I think ive only gotten a thank you once for carrying her into the house when she got to drunk one night. So should I dump my bff? I feel like she is using me
