Is there are store where I can buy a cat walking jacket?

this is the last time i will ask because everyone is uming that im going to abuse my kitty and i'm not!!! You CAN walk cats!! Look it up on youtube there are PLENTY of videos of cats going on walks and ENJOYING it! I need the kind that's velcro fastened because it's supposed to be extremely hard to wriggle out of and I don't want my kitty to get spooked when A car comes, wriggle out of the jacket, try to run away, then get hit by said car. I don't know what I would do if that happened...
