Can hepatitis be detected by LFT alone?

can Liver function test (LFT) which contains paramaters such as Bilirubin, ALT, SGPT etc be used alone to check the presence of any of the Heatitis A, B, or C or the screening for each should be done individually? but in that case too can LFT be a preliminary tool to check the overall presence of any of the menaces to the liver?
