I like a younger guy?

I like a guy that is a junior and im a senior! Well he started workin at the same job as me last week and instantly I felt like there could be something! Call me crazy if u want to! But i feel like he really understands me cuz i tel him stuff and he seems to handle everythin i say 2 him in a mature manor! At work i feel like hes starin at me and that he looks at me in a different way then the other girls. I used to think he was shy until i started a convo with him! Hes pretty cool and my frind even thinks he stares at me and smiles! But i dont wanna thuk sumthing! plus everyone at work is askin each other if i like him or not just bc i talk 2 him. This guy really gets me but i dont kno alot about him.. I want to know more things but i have no idea where to start w/o makin it obvious that I have something for him and How do i kno if he likes me back bc i dont want 2 be hurt by him. Someone help me
