If Jesus had been born in today's world, would he be able to achieve God's plan?

In today's world of instant news, biased media and pure commercialization of truth and exposure of dirty linen, confessions from clmates, wet nurses, girlfriends, etc., how many of past prophets would have even survived 1 day of living sainthood?
