Looking for a mature but fun party spot in Chicago?

Next month I'll be celebrating my 32nd. I'm looking for a spot where I can dance, drink and also sit and relax once I'm tired. Preferably a mixed crowd and I prefer R&B, hip hop and top 40. I'm having a masquerade theme so it also has to be a spot where we'd be comfortable wearing our masks.
