People in towns like Dalaran often beg for more people to do raids. Also, you can search for other people using i or o (i forget =/). Joining a new guild is also a great way to start raiding. Overall, raids aren't that hard. Make sure that you know how to deal with all the bosses before fighting them, so ask. Other than that just fight pretty much how you did when you lvld. Oh and make sure you aren't doing heroics.
