Is eating a lot of fruit really good for you? How much do I eat?

I eat about 2 pieces of fruit a day, they are very good for you and help you feel full because they have fiber. I eat berries with my oatmeal in the morning (lots of anti-oxidants) and usually an apple in the afternoon. But I can't wait until it's peach season!
